  • Inspects and monitors structural elements in line with British Standards safety requirements
  • Assesses and maintains existing buildings against damage, fatigue, and opportunities for improvement

  • Recently retired as Chief Executive of a Derby based charity
  • Over 40 years of senior management experience in business and the third sector
